Ah the Olympics , remember Greece, Sydney and Atlanta (that’s as far as i go i am not that old you know). Well this time its the turn of Beijing (China) and in this modern age the athletes have been given the right by the IOC to blog. There are a number of rules and restrictions involved , like copyright, advertising, self promotion, no interviews, not to write about other athletes, no mentioning sponsors and no video or audio clips. (phew)

So sounds like an exciting blog eh .

So it will generally cover the day to day journal type events of an athletes life at the olympics. Which minus all the things that are restricted sounds like it will be rather dull in my view. To restricted to be a true form of expressioion as a blog should be .
